Help Yourself Heal Techniques…
LMT’s can keep themselves healthy by applying a few techniques daily on themselves. These techniques can make a difference in loosening and releasing tension and stress in your muscular system that may be caused by repetitive massage motions that put wear and tear on the body. Class will be held on; February 22, 2014 – 3:00 to 5:00 pm.
Diana Young LM.T. Owner of Renaissance College will show you different methods that will release tension and pain stored in your wrists, arms, shoulders, and neck.
